1955년 출생, 스페인의 영화음악 작곡가 "알베르토 이글레시아스"
스페인 작곡가 알베르토 이글레시아스는 페드로 알모도바르 감독과의 작업으로 잘 알려져 있다. 두 사람은 <내 비밀의 꽃>(95), <라이브 플래시>(97), <나쁜 교육>(04), 아카데미 수상작 <내 어머니의 모든 것>(99)과 <그녀에게>(02)에서 함께 작업했으며 <내 어머니의 모든 것>과 <그녀에게>로 스페인의 아카데미 격인 고야 어워드에서 음악상을 수상하였다.
이글레시아스는 또한 훌리아 메뎀 감독과 함께 작업한 네 편의 영화(<붉은 다람쥐>(94), <지구>(97), <북극의 연인들>(98), <루시아>(01))로 고야상을 석권함으로써 총 6번의 고야상 수상을 기록하였다. 그밖에도 그는 비가스 루나 감독의 <타이타닉의 여종업원>(97), 존 말코비치 감독의 <The Dancer Upstairs>(베니스 영화제 음악상 수상)(02), 올리버 스톤 감독의 <Comandante>(03)에서 음악을 담당했다. 2006년에는 페르난도 메이렐레스 감독의 <콘스탄트 가드너>로 아카데미 음악상에 노미네이트 되었다.
영화 <연을 쫓는 아이>에서도 총천연색의 영화와 어울리는 경쾌하면서도 서정적인 OST로 2008 아카데미 작곡상에 노미네이트 되어 유력한 후보로 손꼽히고 있다.
